|Recommended: YesThe property is good. — This community is not small, it have several buildings. So there's enough place in the community to walk after dinner. The enviorment is good. There's swimming pools, tall trees, good grasses. It also have places and furnitures for children to play. It even have places for growing vegetables.
The manager here is so nice. If there's anything need to be fix, they will fixed in time. AsI heard, my friends living here all feel satisfied with their fix work of the apartment.

There're always plenty of parking space and bus stop is right near the leasing office.
For grocery shopping, Weis market is pretty much walking distance 5min .
Compare to near-campus region, this place is much quite traffic-free zone, so you wouldn't be stressed out due to big football game day xD.
Maintenance is really nice quick, and staffs in leasing office are really helpful.

The outdoors and common facilities are great too. However, would love to have a laundry room in the building as the nearest one to us is in next building.

I love my apartment. it has great view and neighborhood with bus stop right in front of my building. I was given a very clean apartment on move in. I couldn't be more happier with this place. The staff is very friendly and the rental office always helped me out with any problems that I had. It is hard to find friendly rental office people and staff.
