|Recommended: YesIt gets the job done, but not perfect. — Kitchen is very small there is a pipe that flows water through my closet that is audible at many hours of the day neighbors sometimes leave litter around my part of the lawn can easily hear my above neighbors sometimes bugs come crawling through on my carpet - this is very rare though washing machines can only be paid with quarters, and are relatively expensive so much mail from previous residents continues to come into my mailbox my back door blinds appear to be broken and don't close all the way very easily.
Great location and bus accessibility I very much appreciate the free parking and free internet plenty of outlets plenty of space in the bedrooms and living room all the amenities worked well overall I enjoyed living here and while there were problems, they weren't huge - this place really got the job done for me.

|Recommended: YesI am happy to call this place home — I toured several apartments on the grounds before settling into mine, I love it. Beautiful hardwood floors and kitchen cabinets. The apartments are well kept with a functional layout and maintenance is on point. I have only had one issue after an entire year and maintenance had it fixed within a couple hours. The only complaints I have are 1 Parking - I have 1 vehicle and sometimes I have to park in a different parking lot due to overflow of cars in my main lot and 2 Noise - Other tenants in the building can be heard clear as day running up and down the stairs. I also would frequently hear my old neighbor's child through our shared wall but that no longer applies. Overall, parking and noise are trivial issues and I love where I live, would recommend it to anyone
