|Recommended: YesNittany Gardens Apartment Review — I have been living in this complex since 2017. I moved out briefly as I couldn't find a roommate within the apartments. I moved back here in 2021. The rooms are very spacious. It is an open kitchen and has more space to move around while cooking. The maintenance staff is very punctual, and courteous so is the property staff. I do hear neighbors sometimes, but not very often. I have no complaints about living here. There is plenty of parking space.

Well worth the price honestly much better than those luxury apartments all over State College, in my opinion.

|Recommended: YesGood property for low cost — My roommate and I have had positive interactions with maintenance and property staff. Some of the neighbors are a little noisy but it isn't the worst I've experienced. The bathroom layout, however, makes no sense. A bath towel rack is only 16 inches above the toilet which makes it not viable as a bath towel rack and only viable as an awkwardly large hand towel rack. The other bath towel rack on the other side of the wall is too low to the toilet paper rack, which means bath towels will likely touch the toilet paper which presents sanitary concerns and may disgust guests. Other than the bathroom, layout is good.
|Recommended: YesOverall pretty good — Despite the fact that the apartment is a bit old and the interior design is a bit outdated, overall everything is quite neat. I just wish the stove uses gas, not electricity.
