|Recommended: YesNice place but trash everywhere and poor AC heat — The apartments are decent and have nice features dishwasher, garbage disposal, balcony . The free parking is nice but the outside grounds are not kept well. There's always trash around and when the landscapers come it gets shredded into thousands of little pieces. I have met the woman who said it was her job to pick up the grounds so I know they pay someone to keep it clean, it just never is. The central air is also terrible. I have complained my AC doesn't work well since the day I moved in and they proclaim it runs fine so it's never been fixed. The best they did was add freon to the unit and that barely helped. There's essentially no airflow to the main bedroom. I have run my AC for 48 hours straight and the temperature went up by 10 degrees, and I had to pay the outrageous electric bill to run this extremely inefficient unit.
|Recommended: YesGet more space for less — Apartments are spacious and come with appliances such as dishwasher, range fan and microwave, although some appliances and fixtures are older and not in top working condition. The hard floors instead of carpeting is really nice, even if it means you may hear your upstairs neighbor more. The living room and closets are quite spacious. Overall it feels like I am getting my money's worth.
|Recommended: YesOverall Good Experience — When moving in, there was a puddle of water in the center of the room from what I believe was the dehumidifier. I called maintenance and they promptly cleaned it up. Some complaints are the lack of a door sweep upon arrival, so there were a few dead bugs on the floor. There was also a small leak underneath the kitchen sink. Other than that, my apartment was in fair condition when moving in, and maintenance was very responsive. Parking is very easy to find, and the grounds are well maintained.

|Recommended: YesThe property is very clean and quiet — I think it is a very nice. It's pretty quiet and clean. The staff are very professional and courteous so far. The amenities such as the park and the pool have been well taken care of.

Windows on both east and west sides of the apartment let sunlight enter throughout the day - morning light on one side and afternoon light on the other. Overall quiet unless you have loud neighbors.
