|Recommended: YesProperty and apartment are very good for the price that you pay — There were a few problems with our apartment when we moved in and it was very overwhelming. However, the maintenance staff were very quick to fix the problems and very nice. Nicer than most college apartments that I've seen, but definitely not the best. However you can't beat the price of these apartments.

|Recommended: YesNice — The price is very cheap. If you want to save money, Nittany Garden is the best choice for you. Although the apartment is not that pretty compared with other apartments, it still provides a great living environment for residents.

Kitchen is compact, but has enough compartments for storage, has a microwave oven that is wall-mounted, so that makes it easier to work in the kitchen. In summer, you'll really love the greens around. The location is convenient - near grocery store and bus stop. The property staff are very friendly. Free parking for guests is a plus.
