However, the maintenance staff were very quick to fix the problems and very nice. Nicer than most college apartments that I've seen, but definitely not the best. However you can't beat the price of these apartments.

Kitchen is compact, but has enough compartments for storage, has a microwave oven that is wall-mounted, so that makes it easier to work in the kitchen. In summer, you'll really love the greens around. The location is convenient - near grocery store and bus stop. The property staff are very friendly. Free parking for guests is a plus.
