|Recommended: YesMaintenance work order — I would say it is a very nice place to stay, very clean and people do not bother you, the staff is courteous and the maintenance team is exceptional, i had a problem with my heater on a saturday morning and within a half hour they were hear and it was fixed in no more then 15 minutes and rthe guys customer service was awesome

Buildings and kitchen equipment are old and they need maintenance. My dishing machine is not working properly.
Washing Machine is not in the unit and you have to pay 2 every time you want to wash your clothes.
During Summer pool is only open up to 7 and I don't see why. Because most of the people living in that community are GS and they come back at 8-9, so they can't use the pool.

|Recommended: YesNittany Gardens is a great place to live — My boyfriend and I are students at Penn State University and we made a great choice of living at Nittany Gardens. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the area itself is very close to campus. Overall, this is a great place to live. The only minor complaint we have is that we live directly above the community room and the people could be a little loud sometimes

Places to grill, pool, kids playground, free parking and being on the R bus route makes this place very attractive to live. The sound insulation is not very good but the neighbours are not noisy so it does not create inconvenience.

The maintenance is great They fix issues in a timely manner and are respectful and courteous. The pool is another benefit as well as garden plots. The community of people who live here is great as well. People are friendly and say hello daily. It is a nice place to call home.

|Recommended: YesAmazing place to live — I love living here There are a couple minor drawbacks though. The laundry thing is annoying, they use coins and need to upgrade to dollar bills or a card system because the coins get really annoying. The vent system is weird, the bedrooms are never the same temperature as the living room colder in winter and hotter in summer . The office is not open on weekends and closes before i get home so if i have a package there i can't really get it. If you ever have a problem though they fix it and are super friendly about it The apartment was very clean when we moved in and the outside is well kept. I am very happy i moved here and even convinced friends to also move here
