submitted by Amin N. - |Recommended: YesThe appearance of the buildings is not good but the inside is good. — Yes.
submitted by Prawal A. - |Recommended: YesBest apartments — The location is superb. Just 10 minutes from home to Pattee library. Maintenance response and work is fastest. Rent is affordable and staff is awesome. Balconies treat us like we are in the lap of nature.

I had a couple maintenance issues, but they came in and fixed them all within a week and a couple days of me posting them. Perfect amount of space for me, and it's a very quiet community. My cat seems to like it too. Lots of window space to look out of.

We kept and cleaned perfectly without an even a scratch on walls but we are charged 450 for general and carpet cleaning plus 40 paint. I don't accept and can't understand it.

submitted by Taliya R. - |Recommended: YesNot bad, but could be better — One year they decided to just go around and round up all the bikes they thought were old without telling anyone. The basements are usually gross and filled with a lot of bugs. Not so much in the actual apartment but in the basement storage area, it's kind of gross. They also didn't open up the pool until after July 4th. I don't know why my rent is so high if we can't have access to what we pay for. It's a bit ridiculous. But our apartment has wood floors and is just enough space. Free parking is cool and it's a great location. Pretty quiet overall. Like I said, not bad, but it could be better.

Helpful leasing and maintenance folks. Good amount of green space nearby. Ample parking and easy access to grocery stores. Was happy to have lived here for the greater half of my time in graduate school
submitted by RUI W. - |Recommended: YesGood, but need to update some parts of room, such as room door and room lock in order to keep privacy of each guest. — landscaping is good, inner room space is large, but some parts of the room needs update.
submitted by Archanaa P. - |Recommended: YesHeating Cooling — Heating system needs to be updated ASAP. In winters, the living room gets super hot and the bedrooms remain very cold. The only suggestion they have is to leave the doors of the bedroom open. That does not help anyway. If you do not have a privacy concern, rest of the apartment is just okay.
submitted by Christopher M. - |Recommended: YesGood Apartments for Students — Small, decently affordable apartments with good maintenance and groundskeeping. You will seemingly not have a choice in regards to Internet service - as they run through Windstream an unknown and unimpressive service . Other than that, the landlord s follow through on their agreements for snow removal, groundskeeping, etc. Overall worth it.
submitted by Craig K. - |Recommended: YesQuiet family living, relatively affordable. — Lived here a bit over two years. Maintenance team is awesome, front office staff was always helpful and timely. Property itself isn't remarkable one way or the other but is generally kept clean and well-maintained. Quiet community, mostly families professionals older students. Buildings seem older, though our unit was renovated and was simple but nice. Not well insulated though for the winter. Pound-for-pound it's a great option for State College.
