Nice furniture, granite counters. I live in a studio and it's still very spacious and the bathroom is bigger than most of my friends' who live in houses. Also the ceiling is high so there isn't a cramped, claustrophobic feel. Relatively quiet. I highly recommend it

submitted by Samantha G. - |Recommended: YesNice new building with a few issues — Overall The Bellaire Apartments are very nice. They are brand new as of Fall 19 and come with all the modern necessities central air conditioning, dishwasher, laundry in each unit, and they are fully furnished. Though the building is aesthetically pleasing, it is obvious the contractors went very fast on the job. In my unit, the shower door was not fully sealed and water leaked into the wall. There was quite a bit of water damage and mold, which is taking the Apartment store a long time to fix. There is also a miscommunication between the Bellaire and the USPS, where residents do not receive their mail. The Bellaire said they would work on the issue and after more than a month there has been no updates. Besides a few mishaps here and there, the Bellaire is a wonderful place to live.

I didn’t realize rent was due one month and I was called and told if I don’t pay rent they are going to take me to court without any other explanation and being given attitude it seemed very unprofessional. The layout and overall appearance is a lot nicer than the expensive high rises in state college. Definitely worth the money. Property maintenance is hit or miss. Puke in the elevator took a few days to be cleaned up tire tracks in the front grass have been there for two weeks now. Hallways seem to be always clean. No mail as of September you have to pick it up at the post office.
response from property -Jeremy,
