|Recommended: YesA nice place to live — I would recommend this apartment complex to my friends. The renovated kitchen is very spacious, along with the living room. The balconies are an added bonus where you can fit 4 people easily to relax outside.

|Recommended: YesGood location, fun environment — It's a good place to live off campus for students. Convenient location and great walking distance from everything downtown as well as campus.
|Recommended: YesGood Apartment but Kitchen isn't as expected — Nicholas Towers is in a great area with great living space but you should look more into the kitchen area before moving in. The place has some problems with the lighting but once maintenance comes around you should be fine.

But the stove is straight up from the 1980's and if you're told you'll get a renovated apartment then you MIGHT get one, but its not guaranteed It never is
