|Recommended: YesApartment is Great — There is no parking at this location, but you can purchase a parking pass at pugh street garage which I wish I had known before buying one at another property managed by the apartment store. The apartments are newly renovated, and they are really nice, just keep in mind that the floors are original. The biggest problem that we have had is that the staff has yet to respond to a single maintenance request from our move-in checklist, and apparently our AC going out when it's 92 degrees outside doesn't count as an emergency maintenance request, so we did have to take one of our roommates to the hospital for heatstroke. If you're going to live here be ready to party, you live right above Doggies pub, so if you need quiet all the time, I would highly recommend going somewhere else. The apartment store has a habit of treating students like they don't know anything, which in some cases is true, but when I give them a detailed description of the issue and they refuse to respond that can be frustrating. Love the location and the apartment, only gripe is with the timeliness of move in maintenance, and maybe the wifi speeds not being increased after we paid for the upgraded system.
