|Recommended: YesGreat Spot on College Ave — I have been fortunate enough to live at this complex for the last three years. When ownership transitioned to the Apartment Store, I was a bit nervous, but have nothing but good things to say. Staff have been friendly and responsive whenever I've reached out to them, and maintenance has come quickly to fix any issues. The Apartment Store also has the exterior of the building looking nicer than it has in years. The lights under the parking lots work now, the building has been repainted and cleaned and our laundry area is secure with a lock. It's a bit loud at night on the weekend but the location is great, parking is convenient and I'll be sad to leave
