Hand sanitizer stations are
available in common areas, offices, and community recreation
spaces.
We have contracted professional
cleaners to clean and sanitize public spaces on a regular basis. In
between professional cleanings, all team members are working
together to continuously wipe down high touch areas.
For those still looking to lease
an apartment, we offer full-service virtual leasing, from touring
to signing.
If all of my classes are online, am I
still allowed to move into my apartment?
Yes. We
are aware of Penn State’s strategies for return to campus with
options for online instruction. The Apartment Store is a private
entity, managing the interests of our resident guests and property
owners as best we can in these unprecedented times. We value the
safety and well-being of our community and are working diligently
with the State College Borough, Penn State University, and other
local landlords to provide processes and services to our guests
while adhering to all CDC and PA Department of Health guidelines.
In addition to the well-being of our community, we also value the
investment our guests are making in their education and strive to
support their success and want them to have the full college
experience. To that point, we remind you that our resident guests
will have access to their apartments for the entirety of the lease
term, which will provide a place where students can focus on their
studies without the distractions and of home. In addition, we
provide high-speed Wifi at our properties to support any necessary
online learning.
